You are purchasing fresh, raw Dulse which is perfect for cooking. Make Dulse crisps by frying fresh Dulse in a hot pan with butter to achieve the smoky bacon flavour, fry for approx 3-4 minutes. Perfect for adding that extra umami flavour to stir frys too. Use as a side vegetable, in a similar way to cabbage, placing in a large pan of boiling water. Cook until tender.
Fresh Dulse will keep for upto 1 week in the fridge.
